Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Study Of The Head, Torso And Left Arm Of A Male Figure And A Separate Study Of His Head In Profile by Charles de La Fosse was sold in the Old Master & British Drawings auction at Sothebys in London in July 2015. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 33,669.52). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles de La Fosse achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Christ et les pélerins d'Emmaüs in September 2020 with an auction result of EUR 370,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Study Of The Head, Torso And Left Arm Of A Male Figure And A Separate Study Of His Head In Profile von Charles de La Fosse wurde im Juli 2015 in der Auktion Old Master & British Drawings bei Sothebys in London versteigert.
