The work Still Life With Grapes, Peaches, Plums And Other Fruit, A Porcelain Bowl, And A Blue Tit, All On A Draped Table by Charles Collins was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2020. The price achieved of GBP 3,780.00 (€ 4,168.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles Collins achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ornamental Birds In A Landscape, A Set Of Three in June 2002 with an auction result of GBP 89,150.00 (€ 137,894.86).
