In September 2021 Bonhams in Los Angeles held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California, which included the work Untitled, Circa 1981 by Charles Arnoldi. The »bidding war« ended at USD 7,650.00 (€ 6,607.93), 28% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Charles Arnoldi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled: Two Parts in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 68,500.00 (€ 51,496.02).

Im September 2021 führte Bonhams in Los Angeles die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art X Made in California durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, Circa 1981 von Charles Arnoldi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 7.650,00 (€ 6.607,93) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles Arnoldi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled: Two Parts im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.500,00 (€ 51.496,02).
