Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Carry Test by Chang Teng-Yuan was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. The price achieved of HKD 36,000.00 (€ 4,492.06) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Chang Teng-Yuan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Birth Of Parrot Venus (Painted In 2021), which sold at auction in October 2021 for HKD 108,000.00 (€ 12,013.50).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Carry Test von Chang Teng-Yuan kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 36.000,00 (€ 4.492,06) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Chang Teng-Yuan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Birth Of Parrot Venus (Painted In 2021) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für HKD 108.000,00 (€ 12.013,50) versteigert wurde.
