Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Cesare Breveglieri could be acquired at Il Ponte in June 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Venezia changed hands for EUR 1,800.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 2,200.00. Admittedly, works by Cesare Breveglieri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Modella addormentata in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 11,750,000.00 (€ 10,077.19).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Cesare Breveglieri konnte im Juni 2021 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures wechselte die Arbeit Venezia für EUR 1.800,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 2.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cesare Breveglieri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Modella addormentata im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 11.750.000,00 (€ 10.077,19).
