Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Porta orientale by Cesare Biseo for EUR 2,400.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Cesare Biseo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Amongst The Pyramids in September 2015 with an auction result of GBP 10,625.00 (€ 14,388.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Porta orientale von Cesare Biseo für EUR 2.400,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cesare Biseo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Amongst The Pyramids im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 14.388,77).
