In September 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, which included the work Maine Town by Carroll Sargent Tyson, Jr.. Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,750.00 (€ 9,670.16). Other works by Carroll Sargent Tyson, Jr. have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,584.63) in September 2012 for the work Young Woman In A White Blouse.
