Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza Titolo by Carlo Zauli was sold in the Contemporary Art Online | Milan auction at Sothebys in Milan in February 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,125.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carlo Zauli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza Titolo, which sold at auction in February 2020 for EUR 2,375.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Senza Titolo von Carlo Zauli wurde im Februar 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | Milan bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.125,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Carlo Zauli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza Titolo beobachtet, die im Februar 2020 für EUR 2.375,00 versteigert wurde.
