A top price for Carlo Striccoli - as previously expected
The work La Giocatrice by Carlo Striccoli was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. The price achieved of EUR 3,120.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, La Giocatrice is the most expensive artwork by Carlo Striccoli that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit La Giocatrice von Carlo Striccoli kam im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.120,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist La Giocatrice das teuerste Kunstwerk von Carlo Striccoli, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
