A top price for Carlo Pellegrini - as previously expected
The work Adelboden by Carlo Pellegrini was sold in the The Ski Sale auction at Christies in London in January 2016. It changed hands for a price of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 7,365.68) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Adelboden is the most expensive artwork by Carlo Pellegrini that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Adelboden von Carlo Pellegrini wurde im Januar 2016 in der Auktion The Ski Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 7.365,68) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Adelboden das teuerste Kunstwerk von Carlo Pellegrini, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
