In November 2010 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Natura Morta by Carlo Mattioli. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 22,350.00 49% above the upper estimate. Other works by Carlo Mattioli have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 38,000.00 in May last year for the work Spiaggia d'estate.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 49 % übertroffen
Im November 2010 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Natura Morta von Carlo Mattioli zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 22.350,00 und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Carlo Mattioli haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 38.000,00 im Mai letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Spiaggia d'estate beobachtet.
