Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Carl Skånberg could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work Boats on the lagoon, scene from Venice changed hands for SEK 10,000.00 (€ 953.06) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Skånberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Blommande fruktträd, Barbizon" in November 2009 with an auction result of SEK 125,000.00 (€ 11,921.44).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carl Skånberg konnte im Dezember 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wechselte die Arbeit Boats on the lagoon, scene from Venice für SEK 10.000,00 (€ 953,06) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Skånberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Blommande fruktträd, Barbizon" im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 125.000,00 (€ 11.921,44).
