Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern art and design, which included the work “Minotaur”, 1945 by Carl Otto Hultén. The »bidding war« ended at DKK 4,800.00 (€ 644.71), 20% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Carl Otto Hultén have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Blått samlag" in November 2018 with an auction result of SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,882.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern art and design durch, in der auch die Arbeit “Minotaur”, 1945 von Carl Otto Hultén zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 4.800,00 (€ 644,71) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Otto Hultén auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Blått samlag" im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.882,36).
