Sold at the lower estimate price
In June 2020 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Spring Sale, which included the work Fisherman's hut in Vitemölle, Skåne, scene from the south of Sweden by Carl Flodman. The result of SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,147.54) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Flodman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fiskeläge, Kivik, which sold at auction in November 2009 for SEK 33,000.00 (€ 3,147.26).
