In the Daniel Cordier, Collection privée auction, the work Komposition In Phantastichen Farben Und Formen (I); Komposition Ok 1, Linienkomposition (Ii); Farbiges U (Iii) 3 Works sold for EUR 4,410.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Carl Buchheister achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zweisystem Bild in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 162,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Carl Buchheister erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Daniel Cordier, Collection privée wurde die Arbeit Komposition In Phantastichen Farben Und Formen (I); Komposition Ok 1, Linienkomposition (Ii); Farbiges U (Iii) 3 Works für EUR 4.410,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Carl Buchheister erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zweisystem Bild im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 162.500,00.
