Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Råttjakten by Carl August Ehrensvärd was sold in the The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2012. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 19,000.00 (€ 2,168.77). Admittedly, works by Carl August Ehrensvärd have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Goda gosse, glaset töm". Illustrations for drinking songs, 24. in December 2018 with an auction result of SEK 95,000.00 (€ 9,345.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Råttjakten von Carl August Ehrensvärd wurde im Juni 2012 in der Auktion The Spring Classic Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 19.000,00 (€ 2.168,77) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl August Ehrensvärd auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Goda gosse, glaset töm". Illustrations for drinking songs, 24. im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 95.000,00 (€ 9.345,76).
