Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2014 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Paysage by Camille Hilaire. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,210.00. Admittedly, works by Camille Hilaire have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jeux de fleurs sur la cheminée in September 2008 with an auction result of USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,315.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paysage von Camille Hilaire zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.210,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Camille Hilaire auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jeux de fleurs sur la cheminée im September 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 13.315,82).
