In April 2015 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Sulla spiaggia by Cafiero Filippelli. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,900.00 58% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Cafiero Filippelli; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Interno con figure sold at auction in May 2002 with the realized price of EUR 3,224.00.

Im April 2015 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sulla spiaggia von Cafiero Filippelli zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.900,00 und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Cafiero Filippelli; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Interno con figure im Mai 2002 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 3.224,00.
