In April 2012 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work After A Heavy Storm by C. J. Tañedo. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,916.79), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by C. J. Tañedo have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 106,250.00 (€ 9,812.15) in October 2011 for the work Enchanting Depths.

Im April 2012 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit After A Heavy Storm von C. J. Tañedo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 7.916,79) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von C. J. Tañedo haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 106.250,00 (€ 9.812,15) im Oktober 2011 für die Arbeit Enchanting Depths beobachtet.
