Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work View from a fiord with farmers working in the field, in the background Roskilde Cathedral by Claus Anton Kølle was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in October this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for DKK 2,300.00 (€ 308.18). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claus Anton Kølle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sommerlandschaft bei Jyderup. in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 3,125.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit View from a fiord with farmers working in the field, in the background Roskilde Cathedral von Claus Anton Kølle im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für DKK 2.300,00 (€ 308,18) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claus Anton Kølle erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sommerlandschaft bei Jyderup. im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.125,00.
