Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art/ Turkish, which included this untitled work by Burcu Percin. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,446.29) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Burcu Percin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2010 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,069.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art/ Turkish durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Burcu Percin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.446,29) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Burcu Percin konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2010 die Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 10.069,54) versteigert.
