Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2003 a collector was able to acquire the work Broken circle by Buky Schwartz for USD 2,987.50 (€ 2,573.43). This price was achieved in the auction 19TH & 20TH CENTURY ART at Christies in Tel Aviv and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Buky Schwartz have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in December 2017 by the work House In Motion: In Four Parts at USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,366.99).
