Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza titolo by Bruno Croatto was auctioned at Il Ponte in December 2012. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,400.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bruno Croatto - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Roma, la Via Appia, 1941, which sold at auction in November 2002 for EUR 9,300.00.

Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Bruno Croatto kam im Dezember 2012 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.400,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 2.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Bruno Croatto mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Roma, la Via Appia, 1941 beobachtet, die im November 2002 für EUR 9.300,00 versteigert wurde.
