The work Georgia O'Keeffe, Ghost Ranch, New Mexico by Bruce Weber was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in New York in April this year. The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,064.00 (€ 3,681.16), 35% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bruce Weber achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ric and Natalie, Villa Tejas, Montecito, California in May 2017 with an auction result of GBP 87,500.00 (€ 100,497.29).

Die Arbeit Georgia O'Keeffe, Ghost Ranch, New Mexico von Bruce Weber wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 4.064,00 (€ 3.681,16) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bruce Weber erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ric and Natalie, Villa Tejas, Montecito, California im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 87.500,00 (€ 100.497,29).
