The work "Exotisk Margit" by Bror Hjorth was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November last year. The result of SEK 350,000.00 (€ 31,904.49) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 350,000.00 – 400,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bror Hjorth have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Blå Eva" in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 2,400,000.00 (€ 261,165.98).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit "Exotisk Margit" von Bror Hjorth kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 350.000,00 (€ 31.904,49) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 350.000,00 – 400.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bror Hjorth auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Blå Eva" im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 2.400.000,00 (€ 261.165,98).
