Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Breon O'Casey was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2014. The price achieved of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,815.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Breon O'Casey have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jungle Bird in September 2019 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,515.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Breon O'Casey kam im März 2014 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.815,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Breon O'Casey auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jungle Bird im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.515,25).
