Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work April by Breon O'Casey was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2013. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,630.02). Admittedly, works by Breon O'Casey have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jungle Bird in September 2019 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,515.25).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit April von Breon O'Casey kam im März 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.630,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Breon O'Casey auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jungle Bird im September 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.515,25).
