Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Bosco Sodi was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction auction at Phillips in 17 - in July this year. The price achieved of USD 12,065.00 (€ 10,948.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bosco Sodi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 175,000.00 (€ 162,927.10).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Bosco Sodi wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction bei Phillips in 17 - versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.065,00 (€ 10.948,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bosco Sodi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 175.000,00 (€ 162.927,10).
