The result of GBP 300.00 (€ 437.90) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Borlase Smart achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Down Along St. Ives in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 38,346.80).
