This artwork by Boris Chemetov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2007. In the Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! auction, the work Composition sold for EUR 1,440.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Boris Chemetov; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composition sold at auction in March 2007 with the realized price of EUR 2,640.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Boris Chemetov erzielte im März 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! wurde die Arbeit Composition für EUR 1.440,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Boris Chemetov; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Composition im März 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 2.640,00.
