Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Boris Bilinsky could be acquired at Bonhams in London in December 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Russian Sale auction, the work Three costume designs for the film Casanova, 1927 73 x 50cm (19 1/4 x 12 1/2in). changed hands for GBP 4,845.00 (€ 5,779.07) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Boris Bilinsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Costume Design For La Princesse Cygne: A Boyar, which sold at auction in November 2013 for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,050.49).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Boris Bilinsky konnte im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Russian Sale wechselte die Arbeit Three costume designs for the film Casanova, 1927 73 x 50cm (19 1/4 x 12 1/2in). für GBP 4.845,00 (€ 5.779,07) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Boris Bilinsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Costume Design For La Princesse Cygne: A Boyar beobachtet, die im November 2013 für GBP 15.000,00 (€ 18.050,49) versteigert wurde.
