Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Unexplored Female, 2004 by Bob Carlos Clarke was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in July 2020. The price achieved of EUR 3,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bob Carlos Clarke have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002 in February 2017 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,092.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Unexplored Female, 2004 von Bob Carlos Clarke kam im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bob Carlos Clarke auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002 im Februar 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 16.092,60).
