In July 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary, which included the work Man Who Walks Through Walls - 2007 by Blek le Rat. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,300.00 63% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Blek le Rat achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Last Tango À Paris - 2016 in November 2019 with an auction result of EUR 49,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 63 % übertroffen
Im Juli 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Man Who Walks Through Walls - 2007 von Blek le Rat zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.300,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Blek le Rat erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Last Tango À Paris - 2016 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 49.400,00.
