Estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A large wall relief with glazed earthenware tiles mounted in concrete by Bjørn Wiinblad was sold in the Modern art and design auction at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year. Here, the estimate of DKK 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 12,500.00 (€ 1,678.11). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bjørn Wiinblad - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tall earthenware centrepiece in the shape of a woman with a hat, decorated with polychrome glazes, remoavble top, which sold at auction in October this year for DKK 28,000.00 (€ 3,751.70).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A large wall relief with glazed earthenware tiles mounted in concrete von Bjørn Wiinblad wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von DKK 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 12.500,00 (€ 1.678,11) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Bjørn Wiinblad mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tall earthenware centrepiece in the shape of a woman with a hat, decorated with polychrome glazes, remoavble top beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für DKK 28.000,00 (€ 3.751,70) versteigert wurde.
