Auction result fails to reach estimate
When the work Scenery of a Garden by Bjørn Wiinblad was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in November this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously set the estimate at DKK 3,000.00, but this failed to be met - in fact, the artwork changed hands for DKK 2,700.00 (€ 362.13). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bjørn Wiinblad achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tall earthenware centrepiece in the shape of a woman with a hat, decorated with polychrome glazes, remoavble top in October this year with an auction result of DKK 28,000.00 (€ 3,751.70).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Als die Arbeit Scenery of a Garden von Bjørn Wiinblad im November diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit DKK 3.000,00 angegeben, den dieses Werk bei seiner Versteigerung leider nicht erreichen konnte - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für DKK 2.700,00 (€ 362,13) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bjørn Wiinblad erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tall earthenware centrepiece in the shape of a woman with a hat, decorated with polychrome glazes, remoavble top im Oktober diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 28.000,00 (€ 3.751,70).
