Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Calf by Bill Owen for USD 275.00 (€ 241.67). This price was achieved in the auction The L.D. "Brink" Brinkman Collection Online at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Bill Owen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tatanka in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,197.03).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bill Owen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tatanka im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.500,00 (€ 2.197,03).
