It achieved a price of USD 6,120.00 (€ 5,543.48), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 75%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bill Anton - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Wild Wyoming, which sold at auction in October 2020 for USD 22,500.00 (€ 19,318.28).

Die Arbeit Ranch Trio, The Eye of the Storm, and Pardner's (a group of three) von Bill Anton kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 6.120,00 (€ 5.543,48) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 75%. Für andere Arbeiten von Bill Anton mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Wild Wyoming beobachtet, die im Oktober 2020 für USD 22.500,00 (€ 19.318,28) versteigert wurde.
