Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Eucalyptus by Bibi Zogbé was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 14,000.00 (€ 15,628.72), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Admittedly, works by Bibi Zogbé have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lebanesecactus in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 63,432.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Eucalyptus von Bibi Zogbé kam im November 2020 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 14.000,00 (€ 15.628,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bibi Zogbé auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lebanesecactus im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 63.432,65).
