Auction result misses estimated price range
When this work without title by Bertil Öhlund was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2011, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 3,800.00 (€ 427.69). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bertil Öhlund achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Spirale" in April 2012 with an auction result of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 6,739.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Bertil Öhlund im Mai 2011 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 3.800,00 (€ 427,69) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bertil Öhlund erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Spirale" im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 6.739,74).
