Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A girl in a telephone conversation by Bertha Wegmann was sold in the Paintings, furniture and varia auction at Bruun Rasmussen in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of DKK 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 26,000.00 (€ 3,489.15). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bertha Wegmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Danish tender Moments in May 2016 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 89,711.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A girl in a telephone conversation von Bertha Wegmann wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von DKK 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 26.000,00 (€ 3.489,15) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bertha Wegmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Danish tender Moments im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 89.711,50).
