Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Nativity by Bernardino Campi was auctioned at Sothebys in London in July 2009. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 22,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 22,500.00 (€ 25,530.76). Admittedly, works by Bernardino Campi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait Of A Young Man, Bust-Length in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 173,000.00 (€ 153,232.95).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Nativity von Bernardino Campi kam im Juli 2009 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 22.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 22.500,00 (€ 25.530,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bernardino Campi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Man, Bust-Length im Januar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 173.000,00 (€ 153.232,95).
