Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza titolo by Bepi Romagnoni was sold in the ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA auction at Christies in Milan in May 2001. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of ITL 1,200,000.00 – 1,600,000.00, the actual price achieved of ITL 1,225,000.00 (€ 1,159.08) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bepi Romagnoni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vestizione E Partenzasigned And Dated 64; Signed, Inscribed Vestizione And Dated Aprile 1964 On The Reverse, Photomontage In Photosensitive Paper And Oil On Canvas in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Bepi Romagnoni wurde im Mai 2001 in der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von ITL 1.200.000,00 – 1.600.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von ITL 1.225.000,00 (€ 1.159,08) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bepi Romagnoni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vestizione E Partenzasigned And Dated 64; Signed, Inscribed Vestizione And Dated Aprile 1964 On The Reverse, Photomontage In Photosensitive Paper And Oil On Canvas im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
