In October 2013 VAN HAM held the auction Dekorative Kunst, which included the work Zwei Esel vor dem Stall by Benno Adam. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 258.00 29% above the estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Benno Adam achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Stag Hunt In A Coastal Landscape in May 2006 with an auction result of GBP 22,800.00 (€ 33,280.57).

Im Oktober 2013 führte VAN HAM die Auktion Dekorative Kunst durch, in der auch die Arbeit Zwei Esel vor dem Stall von Benno Adam zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 258,00 und damit 29% über dem Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Benno Adam erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Stag Hunt In A Coastal Landscape im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.800,00 (€ 33.280,57).
