In May 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters, which included the work A Wooded River Landscape With Drovers by Benjamin Barker of Bath. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,029.84) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
