Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Katt by Bengt Orup for SEK 6,500.00 (€ 636.67). This price was achieved in the auction Lilla Bukowskis S189 at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Bengt Orup have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Uppladdat område” in May last year with an auction result of SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,198.68).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Katt von Bengt Orup für SEK 6.500,00 (€ 636,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S189 bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bengt Orup auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Uppladdat område” im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.198,68).
