Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Composition by Bengt Orup was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in November last year. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 13,000.00 (€ 1,185.02). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bengt Orup - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Uppladdat område”, which sold at auction in May last year for SEK 44,000.00 (€ 4,198.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition von Bengt Orup wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 13.000,00 (€ 1.185,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Bengt Orup mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Uppladdat område” beobachtet, die im Mai letzten Jahres für SEK 44.000,00 (€ 4.198,68) versteigert wurde.
