A top price for Bengt Olson
When this work without title by Bengt Olson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2021, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - SEK 10,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than three times as high at SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,962.11). This high result makes the work without title the most expensive artwork by Bengt Olson that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Bengt Olson
Als die Arbeit ohne Titel von Bengt Olson im Mai 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches. Der obere Schätzpreis war mit – rückwirkend betrachtet recht bescheidenen – SEK 10.000,00 angesetzt, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis hingegen war mit SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.962,11) mehr als dreimal so hoch. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht das Werk ohne Titel zum teuersten Kunstwerk von Bengt Olson, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
