Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work The Baptism Of Christ by Benedetto Buglioni was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 32,500.00 (€ 28,786.54). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Benedetto Buglioni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Madonna Adoring The Christ Child Between Two Angels Holding A Scroll in January 2013 with an auction result of USD 458,500.00 (€ 337,529.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit The Baptism Of Christ von Benedetto Buglioni kam im Januar 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 32.500,00 (€ 28.786,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Benedetto Buglioni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Madonna Adoring The Christ Child Between Two Angels Holding A Scroll im Januar 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 458.500,00 (€ 337.529,45).
