Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2014 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Svetlana by Ben Sunlight. The price achieved of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,819.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Other works by Ben Sunlight have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2014 the work Summer was auctioned for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,274.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Svetlana von Ben Sunlight zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.819,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ben Sunlight konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2014 die Arbeit Summer für GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.274,83) versteigert.
