Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Blocks) by Ben Osaghae was sold in the Modern & Contemporary African Art auction at Bonhams in London in March last year. The price achieved of GBP 4,845.00 (€ 5,744.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Ben Osaghae have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2017 the work In Brotherhood We Stand was auctioned for GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,460.54).
